Make two print-buttons: Black/White and Color

Hi...

Sorry if its the wrong group...

Is it possible in an easy way to create two print buttons: One who
makes Black/White prints and one who makes Color prints?
....or do You have any other suggestions on how easily change between B/
W and color print?

We use Word 2003, Windows XP, and a HP Color LaserJet 2840 AiO (on
Windows Server 2003)
