Making a Banner Go All The Way Across The Page

Hi all,
This is my first post and I'm glad I found this newsgroup.

I received Front Page 2003 as a Christmas Gift. My last version was 2000.
I seem to be having the same problem with both versions. I am trying to
make a page look like a scrapbook layout. For my top banner graphic I
sliced it into 3 sections and put each in a cell. The left graphic I
inserted as a picture, the remaining two I used them as backgrounds. The
table is 100% the middle and last cell is also 100%. When viewing the page
the banner should go all across the page. The thing is right at the end it
stops short but when I refresh the page then it will go all the way across.
I feel I tried everything to get this to work to no avail. Anyone have a
solution. Thanks in advance and here is the test page

Barb, try adding rightmargin="0" in your body tag and see if that works. You
might also want to add marginheight="0" and marginwidth="0" for NS browsers.
