making a calendar in FP03

I have a staff memeber who gave me a 12 month calendar made in publisher.
She wants this on the web. The problem is that our web server is designed on
the web and not in the local comptuer, and the calendar requires links to
documents. THe documents have already been placed in the file structure on
the web, but I need to build a calendar complete with footnotes, staff names
and titles, month and logo as I know that Pub is more of a media creater and
not a web builder app.

I suppose inserting a table is the best thing (If I can remember how to lock
down column and row's so they do not go all over the place) and I can fill
the cells with colors and lines to emulate an actual calendar adn then link
from there, unless there is a better way?

Any and all ideas helpful, I only have a few days to create this to be
presented on Friday.

If you don't want to build one by hand with tables, Google for some web
calendar templates and see what you can find.
