Making a ccalender

Hello and thanks for looking

I’m currently at 6th Forum and I have a time table that last for 2 weeks
then repeats itself, I know how to make it repeat itself but the problem is
that when we have half term of a week it makes my timetable out by 1 week,
how to I overcome this without having to change it every time?
