I know exactly what you need. You need a pivot table to
sort all the data for you. You can find the data needed
by the certain categories. In your example you have to
highlight your data, click "Data" on the toolbar,then
click pivot table, then click next, click next again,
and click finished. Once you've done that drag the 13
categories onto the "drop rows here" from the pivottable
field list and then drag the numbers in the "drop data
here" section. Finally drag again the data(your numbers)
from the pivottable field list to the "drop page fieds
here section" From there click the drop down box, select
the number of which you want all to be displayed. That
should do it! Go Bulldogs!

the location of the incident and the second is the code #
of the incident. There are only 3 different code #â?Ts,
but there are 13 different locations of incidents.
