Making a copy of a custom form and its data

I created a really great custom form for keeping a record of all my cub
scouts and their badges, camps etc as well as all their contact details. I
used a coyote calendar control which is no longer available but I still have
the program.

I now have a very willing and able assistant who wants to help keep the
records up to date!

How do I
a) Transfer all the data on to her outlook ( no need to share) - I have
tried and I get the form over, minus the calendar control but no
user-defined data or even the fields I had created.
b) get coyote calendar control installed on her machine

I am on outlook XP - she has 2003 - I can upgrade if necessary

Thanks in advance

a) Copy all the data into a folder in new .pst file. Close the .pst file,
then close Outlook. Copy the new .pst file to her machine, then run Outlook
and open it with the File | Open | Outlook Data File command.

b) You can try copying the control and then running regsvr32 to register it.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to try to locate your original setup
files.

Thank you, i think i'm nearly there but.....

I have all the data - ie within the custom fields - if i view it in a list
form.

I cant show the data in the forms i have created. The spaces are all there
with the graphics etc but the fields do not appear to be bound on and even
when i either bind on a field or choose a new one already bound form the
list, the data will not show in these places.

Hope you can help

thanks again

Alison

When you open an item, do you see your custom form layout at all? Where is
the form published?

In design mode, check whether the custom proeprties appear on the All Fields
page, under user-defined fields in this item (not "in this folder'). If not,
try adding them, then republish.
