Making a copy

I've purchased MS Office and downloaded it onto my desktop. According to the
T&C's of my purchase I can make a copy for a portable device, and I want to
copy it onto a laptop, which has a trial version of MS Office on it. Can
anyone tell me how I do this?

Thanks

You uninstall the trial together with any activation assistant on the
laptop, clear temp files & reboot
Then install from your setup file, either via network or by copying to
laptop.
If you didnt pay extra for the cd/dvd you would be advised to make a media
copy of the setup file, and keep a record of the key, together with any mail
assiciated with the purchase, outside your PC
