Making a database with underwriting guidelines for all lenders

Hello
I'm a mortgage agent in Alberta, Canada and I have come up with an idea of
placing the underwriting guidelines of all the lenders onto a database. So i
can streamline the mortgage process by entering the clients specific
requirements and seeing if any lender will match their request. I have no
real experience of building a access database from scratch so does anyone no
of a template i could get or even buy.

The usage you envision is specialized enough to warrant a custom database. I
doubt whether you'll find a template, but you can get some prebuilt
applications. One place to start looking is in Google.
