Making a Enterprise Custom Field appear in the "MyAssignments" view

Thank you Gary, this was the last info I needed to make my custom field (which contains the hierarchy of task names for each task) show up in "My Assignments"... the rolldown was key.

Now I'd love to be able to sort in PWA by the values in my custom field...but the field does not sort.

I read somewhere that an infrastructure update might fix this (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953750)

running MS Project Pro 2007 and Project Server 2007

Yes, you are correct that after applying the Infrastructure Update, users
will be able to sort on any column in the My Tasks page. I would recommend
that you apply the Infrastructure Update, followed immediately by the
December Cumulative Update. Microsoft has fixed so many bugs, starting with
the Infrastructure Update, that I'm surprised your organization has not
applied the latest updates to your Project Server 2007 system. Hope this
helps.
