Making a form invisible

When I set Me.visible = false does the form become invisible immediately or
is there some delay? What actually triggers the form to be invisible? I am
setting visible = false and yet the form is still visible after it is
unloaded.

I solved it, there is a delay, and inserting a delay after the form close
solved the problem.
