How do I make all weekends working, over say 10 years? I'm looking for
something to change the default withought having to go into each day and
setting it to nondefault Working time?

Thanks,
Josh

Hi Josh,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

In the Change Working Hours calendar set up, click and drag across the S and
S column headings for Saturday and Sunday. This will highlight all the
weekends which you can make working time in one go.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Hi Josh

If you are working on MSP 2003, weekends would become working for the full
calendar.

If you are working on MSP 2007,
1. go to Tools > Change working time.
2. Create your new calendar and click on work weeks.
3. On the second row select Start and Finish dates to span required 10 years
4. With that row selected click on Details
5. In this window Select 'Saturday and Sunday', select the third option of
'set days to these specific working times' and give the required working
times.

This way you will have weekends working for the required time.

I hope it helps.
