making a greeting card

all I want to do is make my own greeting card. I use printmaster..but having
problems with it, so I thought try this...2 days now and I am still clueless.
I have read the past posts on the subject and went to the one web site that
was posted...didn't see the download.

I have a half fold blank card and want to make it. LOL...that all. PLEASE
HELP.
