Making a Schedule

Nick

Hello,

Is there any method, using any one of the programs that come with Microsoft
Office 2003 Professional, to make a school schedule? Perhaps, something like
a template where I can simply add the dates/events on the timetable? Thanks
for the help.

Have you looked at Office Online to see if there is a calendar or other
schedule template that suits your needs?

Click Help - Microsoft Office Online - Templates, and search for "schedule".
Here, the 3rd item listed is a Weekly Class Schedule, the next one is
Teacher's weekly schedule, etc.

Hi Herb,

I've consulted the site you suggested and, although there's a great volume
of useful templates, it looks like there's no class schedule. Is there any
other place I may look? Thanks very much.

www.google.com would be a good place to start.

I see several templates there identified as "class schedule". Are you not
seeing them, or is it that they don't suit your needs? This one is for
Excel:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010183931033.aspx?pid=CT101172751033

This one is for Word, and is a weekly homework schedule, which could be
adapted for other class purposes:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC060900001033.aspx?pid=CT101172751033

Ultimately, most such schedules are tables. Unless you need something quite
intricate and very different from these, they aren't difficult to modify.
