Making access form available over my works intranet

I have designed a form which is a data store only (No edits, no deletes and
no additions) in other words read-only. There is a dropdown list box on the
form which controls which record is shown.

What I would like to do is put this on my works intranet. From looking into
this a little bit, a data access page would be one method. I've tried saving
my form as a DAP but the dropdownn list box no longer works. Are there any
other methods in achieving this? Or are there any work arounds to make the
dropdown list box work?

Please bear in mind I am a begineer and have winged the majority of the
design so far, lol!!!
