making addresses unseen

When I send out email I don't want all my addresses to be
seen by everyone. I have recieved many emails that
have "none" or "undisclosed recipients" in the "to" how
do I get my email to do the same thing so all my address
and/or people that I have sent the email to. Please help
me thanks in advance..
