making an appointment by clicking

[helpdesk]

a urser in our organisation cant double click on a time in the calender to
make an appointment. a right click doesnt work also. but.. a double right
click shows the right click menu.

office repair didnt fix it.
can someone tell me what will?

Does the right click menu come up on a right click any where in Outlook?
Does double clicking work in other places in Outlook?
