Making Back Copy Of Office 2007 after Download Purchase

If I consider upgrading my trial version of Microsoft Office by method of
download, can I make a copy, so I can also install this on my other computer.
If so, what is the best method. Would I just copy the file after downloading
it.

Also what would be my proof, if my computer crashes and all data is lost.
Would I have to pay for Office again or would I have a special code so I
could reinstall it again ?

You would save yourself any problems, and money, by buying from eg
Amazon.com, you get a disk and save $
