making cd label templates with publisher 2002

Jeff

I'm brand new to Publisher 2002 and need some help on
creating a CD template. I'll need to create the J-card,
the front label and the label for the disc itself. I'll be
designing all graphics in Photoshop and need to use
Publisher to get the arrangments and formatting done.

Could anyone please direct me to any articles/resources
for doing this?

P.S. If this sounds a little dim, I haven't yet installed
Publisher yet (it's being shipped at this time). I'm doing
some investigation first.

Thanks in advance!
Jeff

The components you require can be created
with the following product quite easily.

I started out using Fellows' MediaFace, the software you get with their
labels, but found I had better luck creating my own templates in Publisher.
MediaFace's text box options pale in comparison with Publisher. Importing of
Photoshop TIF images was much easier in Publisher.

That's great...maybe you could provide
actual answers to Jeff's questions?

What kind of instructions? Like "Measure the size of the label and its
position on your label stock and create your margins in the Publisher
document to match?" That's about all that's necessary.

Hope you're feeling better tomorrow...
