making changes in a Word Newsletter Template

How do I change the page numbers in a newsletter template? When I change the
page number in the header/footer the numbers change in other places in the
document. Or how do I move pages around?

You can't really change the page numbers. 2 will always fall after 1, 3 will
always fall after 2, etc.

If you want to move content around you will have to copy and paste. Or use
Publisher............
