Making changes to the toolbars permanent

I can easily add buttons to any particular toolbar and/or create a new toolbar.
However when I restart Visio the changes have disappeared. This wasn't so in
previous versions. Am I missing something?

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Visio.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
