Making changes to Visio toolbars permanent

Chris NZ

I am unable to make changes to Visio toolbars permanent. Adode Acrobat has
plugged-in its own toolbar and this causes all Visio toolbars to reset to
their defaults whenever Visio restarts. The answer given to this problem is
to get rid of the plug-in. However I have tried to delete it in Visio but it
keeps coming back. Also I can't find any way in the Adobe Acrobat software to
remove the plug-in.
Surely these two programs can work together correctly.
