Making default special properties

My objective is to make it so that I have a special properties default. So
that every object I have or will create has those same properties, such as
client name and ip address. Can anyone help? Feel free to ask for more
specifications.

I don't think you can do that directly, but ...

a. you can select all the required shapes and do menu
Shape -> Custom Properties
will set the values for all the selected shapes.

b. you could drop one shape on your diagram, then edit that shape in
the Document Stencil
menu File -> Shapes -> Stencils -> Show Document Stencil

c. you could create your own version of the shapes by copying them to
a new stencil and adding the properties you want.

You can also define Custom Property sets (show the Custom Property Window
using the View Menu and right click the window).
