Making different calenders for different projects.

In Outlook, can you make several different calenders?

Yes. File->New->Folder->Calendar. One caveat, you will only get reminders
on the default calendar.

Sure...just right-click any folder in the Folder List, select New Folder,
and make sure you select "Calendar items" in the "folder contains" box.
Note that reminders will not fire from a secondary calendar folder without
the help of a 3rd party add-in.
