Making envelopes - can't put the return adress on the back side?!

Hi!

I'm making envelopes in Word. At first it was possible to get the addressee
on the front of letter (of course) and the return adress on the back men
somehow I did something and now it puts the return adress in the upper corner
on the front of the envelope.

Can someone help me change this back?

I can't understand why there isn't a key in the envelope-function, where one
can choose between the different posotions of return adresses...?!

To get the return address to print on the back of the envelope, you would
need to insert a page break into the envelope and put the delivery address
on one "page" and the return address on the other "page" and then either
print the envelope to a printer that has duplex printing ability or feed it
through your printer twice.

If this was something that happened automatically for you, you must have had
a template that was setup in that way and you are now creating envelopes
without using that template, as it is not a standard feature that somehow
just got changed.
