Making Expandable Menus

I am trying to set up a web based database for my place of work and was
wondering if there is any way to make an expandable menu. Much like the way
that this question forum is set up. Where you can click the plus sign and it
will give you more options and then you can click the minus sign and it will
minimize it for you. Is there a way I can do this?

Since database driven sites aren't possible in Publisher you must not be a
Publisher customer and so the topic is OT for us. As for the on/off menu
option (as seen in http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 ) it's
a simple javascript trick, just review javascript documentation or forums.
