am trying to make a flyer that has phone number tear outs at bottom, Help!

If you have Publisher, use it instead of Word, as it has built-in templates
for tear-offs. In Word, create a table at the bottom of the page (one row
and as many columns as you want tear-offs). Rotate the text in each cell.
