Making folder in MS Word through MS Access

Hi! Its nice to be with you. I want to make a letter with Word Mail Merge
Facility automatically through a button pressed and put the letter thus made
in a folder in windows by the name of the account for which letter is created
in MS Access and put all the specific files related to the account in that
folder. Can it be done with the help of VBA in MS Access? I'll appreciate a
lot for your kind help in this regards,
