Making invisible stuff visible

I have connectors or arrows that are invisible on screen, but printing out on
paper.

How can I make them visible on screen, so I can delete them?

from the menu
View -> Layer Propeties
each layer has a 'visible' and print attribute. Sounds like you need
to set one of them to visible.
