making labels from a table

I have made a table of addresses and names which I would
like to form into a label format. How can I do this? It
will only let me put one cell at a time into label format,
and i have 1800 names. I know there has to be a quicker
way. Anyone have any ideas? I am going crazy trying to
figure this out.

What you want is a mail merge. Since you already have the mail merge data
