For the most part, you don't. A label template is no more than a table. If
it's a simple table (every row the same), you can tab out of the last row to
create a new row or use Insert Rows to add more, but if the rows are not
consistent (for example, if it's a setup with narrow rows between wide
ones), then this will not work. Generally speaking, the New Document button
in the Labels dialog is for creating a single sheet of labels. If you need
to create multiple sheets, this is generally done with a mail merge.
