Making multiple Reviewers the same

I'd like to know if there's a way that I can have multiple reviewers
appear as "one" in a document.

My first idea is to complete all the edits, accept them, then compare
that document to the original. Would this work?

Thanks.

Cheers,
Jon

Yes, that will work perfectly. But "Remove personally identifiable
information..." will work just as well, and it's simpler.

It removes the reviewer's name but keeps the date of the change :)

Cheers

John,

Thanks for the reply-I discovered your solution a couple of weeks back
solving a complaint why change info was being obliterated on save.

Good to know about both options.

Cheers,
Jon
