Making my own template...

Is there any way I can make my own template using a picture/file that i have
saved on a CD?

You might want to copy the picture to your computer then insert the picture
into the document then Save As a template...

How do you actually want to use the picture? Do you just want the picture to
appear in the template, or do you want to a create a template that looks like
the picture and can be interacted with?

I know how to insert the picture on a slide. I was actually looking to make
the picture the "background" of all the slides.
