Making navigation tree in website

Making a website, I have trouble with the navigation at the left at the side.
I can make new sides and links, but I want to have several sides in one, like
this (January, February):
Frontpage
News
January
February
Contact

Is it posible in publisher? (if anyone can understand what I try explaining
in english..)
