Hi. I used groove extensively circa 3.1 and actually even created groove
tools which used the groove com api and the entire methodoly for tool
injection, inviting groove enterprise server for backup, etc. I have a new
project that I think groove would be ideally suited for but am pretty
hesitant to even consider proposing using it with all the changes going on (I
don't want to look foolish in a few months for proposing something not
supported). Here are my questions:
1. will the sharepoint version of groove support programmers using COM or
..Net style interfaces to make their own tools?
2. will there be the concept of a separately installable relay server for
enterprises to use?
3. How much will the workstation portion and the relay portion cost
(ballpark)?
thanks,
Mike
