It's not a simple process. I'd suggest you get a basic calligraphy pen and
do it yourself but.......... If you try scanning it in and fudging in a
position for a text box, it could work or you could end up finding out that
everything is off a bit.
(Personally I think filling it in by hand is much more personal that using a
computer but that's just me.)
