making OneNote read-only

It has been about a month since i startd using onenote. Today, however, when
i opened it, i found my work to be 'read-only'. How can i undo this change so
i cn edit my work?

What version of OneNote are you using? By any chance are you using the
Trial Version? If not, did you activate your OneNote? (Help menu)
