Making Outlook Default E-Mail tool...

Hello!!

I am trying to make Outlook my default e-mail tool but Outlook Express
insists on coming up whenever I click on an e-mail address link.

I have ensured that Outlook is my default e-mail tool in the "Internet
Options" setting within Control Panel. Does anyone have any other places I
need to change this setting to ensure Outlook will be my default tool?
