Making Outlook Default Mail Tool...

Hello everyone...

I am having difficulties getting Outlook to be my default e-mail tool. I
have determined that my default e-mail tool is set to Outlook in the Internet
Options within Control panel. However, when I click on an e-mail address
link in an e-mail message, Windows insists on bringing up Outlook Express.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get Outlook Express out of my system?
