Hello,
Our CEO got a new laptop, his old Laptop had Outlook 2003, new one has
Outlook 2007.
2003 allowed him to not send/receive until he hit the button to do so, and
also would download messages every 5 minutes.
In Outlook 2007, the options are there but they are ignored. Do you know why
this is happening? More importantly, how do we get Outlook to honor these
'scheduled' settings?
The settings can be found at -
Outlook -> Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup tab -> Send Receive button ->
various check boxes here....
Also, the "Send immediately when connected" checkbox has been cleared on the
Mail Setup tab/dialog.
He doesn't like the answer of working in Offline mode. He asks why are
those options there, then?
Thanks,
