Making Personal Forms Library the default when picking Choose Form

Hi all,

I made some forms and they are in the Personal Forms Library. Is there any
way for that folder to show up on default when going to Tools/Forms/Choose
Form...?

Currently, the folder to show up is Standard Forms Library. Can it be done?
