making phone calls from out look contact

One of my users would like to make phone calls from the outlook contacts. He
makes a lot of international calls. Different international calling cards
provide different calling rates. He is looking for a software that allows him
to enter different card details and he want to be able to just click the
contact on outlook, select card and make phone so that he does not have to
re-enter the phone number, card number and pin again and again. Is it
possible to do so?
