Making subsequent sheets after sheet 1 copy sheet 1 when it is changed

I am wanting to create a workbook that has a main data entry page. From
that page, information is spread to the respective sheets in the workbook.
This part I can do (I think)... My quandary is this: When new information is
added to the main sheet such as a new row(s) and information in those rows,
I want all the subsequent sheets to copy this same row from the first sheet
simultaneously. My concern is when people add new information, all
subsequent sheets will be "out of whack". I want to avoid this.


I want to prohibit modification to other sheet's "settings" but allow
modifications to the content.
