making template for pre-printed letterhead

D

Dawn

I am trying to create a template for people to use so that they can create
new text while seeing the background image (representing the letterhead
that is pre-printed) but NOT have that background image print, because is it
already pre-printed on the paper.

Can anyone help??

Assuming you have the letterhead all set up:
Under Word | Preferences, Print tab, (or from Options in the Print dialog, I
think), you can tell Word not to print images by unchecking the box that
says Include with Document: Drawing Objects.

If you don't have the letterhead all set up, lots of good letterhead
information here, though you may have to do a small amount of translating
from Windows commands.
