Making the same guidelines show on every page in a Visio Document

I have a Visio Document that has about 25 pages.

I want to create some guides *once* and then be able to see those guides
on all of the pages in the document, without having to recreate those
guides in every page.

Is this possible and if so how is it done?

Create background page and set all page to use it as background. Then add
guides to background page.
