duration of the task, the hours per day the resources works (his calendar),
and the percentage of his working time you expect him to devote to the task.
Joe works M-F 8-5 with an hour for lunch. He is assigned 100% to a task
with an expected duration of 5 days. Project will calculate that the task
will require 40 man-hours of work to complete.
