Man-Month vs Man hours in portfolio server 2007?

Anyone ran into this issue before? By default PPS sets numbers to be entered
as Mon Months vs hours which is what most of org wud do when they plan
projects. Is there a place to change the setting to default to Man hours vs
Man months?
