manage a few timesheets by only one user: how?

Hello,
I’m trying to set up a user that can see and print only the timesheet
of some resources.
I’m working on the 2007 infrastructure (Project Professional, Project
Server, PWA and MOSS).
I’d like to set up a user (typically the secretary), who can be able
to look at the timesheets of the resources (typically the labours),
print them and fill in them.
How is possible to set up on the sever setting this particular user?
What about the opportunity that a user can see the timesheets of other
resources/users?

Thank so much
Vit

Each resource can have 1 timesheet approver. You can set the secretary as
the timesheet approver of these specific resources using the Edit feature in
PWA>Resource Center.

The secretary will have to have enough permissions (add him/her to the
Resource Manager security group) in order to assignable as a timesheet
manager.

These users timesheets will then go to the secretary for approval. The
secretary can then view the submitted and uncommitted timesheets under
PWA>Approvals>Timesheets and print them out. Not sure what you mean by
print out and fill in though.

You can allow permissions so that the timesheet approver can adjust the
timesheet hours under PWA>Approvals>Timesheets.
