Manage actual for a group

I have to manage actual time for a group of resources. One entry each week
for the group. I do not want to use a Project Server Authentification. How
can I do that.

You might do something like this:

1. Ask your Project Server to create a Generic resource in the Enterprise
Resource Pool representing this group of people
2. In the Microsoft Project plan, assign the Generic resource to the tasks
on which the group of people will work
3. Enter actuals for the group in the Microsoft Project plan each week

Just a thought. Perhaps the others have some ideas for you as well.

Hi Dale

Thanks for your response. But I've already tried this solution and when I
enter actuals in my projetc plan, Ms-Project prompt me with the out of sync
message with the time sheet. If I do the synchronisation operation, the
actuals disappear from my project plan.

Do you have another solution.
