i am using outlook 2000 and i have many contacts to manage.
i want to be able to group contacts (e.g. clients,suppliers, potential
clients, etc.) and to export both all my contacts and the group they belong
to in excel or access.
i have tried to export my contacts and i do not get the groups. moreover
what are distribution lists and how can i create one? can i work with
contacts from another program or only from the address book?
your help would be higly appreciated!
