Manage Deliverables

I'm working in a published project.
When I attempt to open Colloborate--> Manage Deliverables, the Delverables
sidepane does not open.


Ultimately, I’m attempting to creat sharepoint workflows based on these
deliverables.

Any ideas on how to get to the deliverable sidepane to open or on workflows.
